СПІВРОБІТНИЦТВО КИТАЙ ТА ЦСЄ У СФЕРІ ОСВІТИ ТА НАУКИ: ЧИ ВІДПОВІДАЮТЬ ВЗАЄМНЕ СПРИЙНЯТТЯ ТА ПОЛІТИЧНИЙ КОНТЕКСТ?

Формат «16+1» став однією з найбільш обговорюваних структур регіональної співпраці
в рамках ініціативи «Пояс і шлях» (B&R). Незважаючи на те, що цей формат досі в політичному порядку денному
деякі країни Східної Європи поставили під сумнів його доцільність, тоді як інші готові продовжувати
розширення можливостей взаємовигідних відносин. Обсяг взаємодій всередині механізму організовано
навколо 3 осей: торгівля, інвестиції та обміни між людьми. Останнє сприяє фасилітації
взаємної довіри, консолідації, міжкультурного розуміння та обміну знаннями між КНР
та ЦСЄ, де сектор науки та освіти є важливим інструментом, який веде просування
обмінів між людьми.
Метою статті є дослідження студентської мобільності та академічних обмінів вищої освіти
інститути як інструмент сприяння більш широкому співробітництву між ЦСЄ та КНР,
враховуючи можливості, які дає робота у форматі 16+1. Особлива увага приділяється
описати основні виклики та перспективи співпраці у сферах науки та освіти
з наголосом на різному сприйнятті загроз, викликаних політичним контекстом. Дослідження базується
на аналізі існуючих досліджень, статистики та даних, зібраних з 15 глибинних напівструктурованих інтерв’ю
з людьми з КНР та 5 країн ЦСЄ, залучених до обміну КНР-ЦСЄ у 2019 р. Інші 5 поглиблених
у 2021 році було проведено напівструктуровані інтерв’ю з метою перевірки ситуації у співпраці під час Covid-19
Пандемії, а також з урахуванням політичних викликів, з якими стикається формат 16+1.
