Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of monitoring corporate educational needs as a strategic tool
for corporate training and employee development. In the modern business environment, technological changes
and global challenges require continuous updating of employees’ competencies. The author emphasises that
traditional educational programs often fail to keep up with market dynamics, making corporate training a key
factor in organizations’ competitiveness. Monitoring educational needs is considered a systematic process
that includes analyzing employees’ knowledge and skills, identifying competency gaps, and forecasting future
training demands. A monitoring model is proposed, encompassing three levels: organizational, operational,
and individual. The role of modern approaches to analysing educational needs is examined, particularly the use
of analytical data and competency assessments to develop effective training programs. The study proves that
effective monitoring of educational needs enhances employee productivity, facilitates adaptation to business
environment changes, and fosters a culture of continuous learning, which is critically important for the longterm
success of companies. Particular attention is paid to the implementation of adaptive learning strategies that
align corporate training with real business challenges. The role of company leadership in establishing an effective
knowledge management system is also analyzed. The research findings may be useful for HR professionals educational managers, and executives seeking to improve learning processes in corporations (organizations).
