Abstract

The development of educational technology (EdTech) is one of the key drivers of the digital
transformation of higher education in today’s environment. This study analyzed international and Ukrainian
regulatory and strategic documents, the results of which showed that EdTech is emerging as an integrated
system of technological, pedagogical, and organizational solutions aimed at ensuring the quality, accessibility,
and effectiveness of education. A synthesis of scientific approaches by foreign and domestic researchers
demonstrated the evolution of EdTech tools from technical teaching aids to multifunctional digital solutions
that contribute to improving the efficiency of the educational process, communication among its participants,
and the personalization of learning. Within the framework of the study, the concept of EdTech tools has beenclarified as a complex of infrastructure, software, and platform solutions integrated into the university’s
digital ecosystem, which ensure the organization, support, and optimization of the educational, scientific,
and administrative activities of the higher education institution. The key areas of EdTech tool application
within the university’s digital ecosystem are identified as educational, research, and administrative,
the implementation of which contributes to the formation of an innovative, accessible, and adaptive university
ecosystem. Prospects for further research lie in the study of EdTech tools and ways to integrate them into
the university’s digital ecosystem in the identified areas.
